หนูขอบคุณทุกคนมากค่ะที่ให้คำแนะนำดีๆกับหนูค่ะ อ่านคอมเม้นของพี่บาร์บี้ หนูอึ้งค่ะ นับถือเลยอ่ะค่ะ ทำได้ไง หนูก็อยากทำได้แบบนั้นอ่ะค่ะแต่ยังคิดไม่ออกเลยว่าถ้าเป็นหนูจะทำยังไง
ตอนนี้หนูก็ทำงานพิเศษค่ะ ทำพาร์ทไทม์ วันละ 5 ชม ที่ ซานตาเฟ่ค่ะ ได้ ชม.ละ 27 บาทค่ะ รายได้ตกวันละ 135 เงินออกทุกๆ 15 วันจะได้ 1350 บาท ถ้ารวมแล้วก็ตกเดือนละ 2700 บาท ค่ะ อาทิตย์นึงมีหยุด 1 วันค่ะ เลือกวันหยุดได้

หนูเพิ่งทำได้ 10 กว่าวันเองค่ะ แม่บ่นแล้วบ่นอีกไม่ให้ทำๆ ให้เรียนอย่างเดียว บอกเงินก้อขอ จะทำงานทำไม หนูก็บอกแม่ว่าอยากหาประสบการณ์ดู ในอนาคตยังไงหนูก้อต้องได้ทำงานเองอยู่ดี ลองงานหนักๆตอนนี้ อีกหน่อยเจออะไรหนักกว่านี้จะได้เข้มแข็ง สารพัดเหตุผล แกไม่อยากให้ทำค่ะ แต่ห้ามไม่ได้เหมือนกัน แกเลยเลิกบ่น
ความจริงหนูก้อไม่ได้อยากทำค่ะ งานลำบากๆ งานหนักๆ ต้องโดนคนที่ไม่ใช่พ่อแม่ด่า โดนเอาเปรียบทั้งๆที่ก้อเป็นพนักงานเหมือนกัน โดนตำหนิแบบไม่ฟังเหตุผลของคนที่มีอำนาจมากกว่า ใครจะชอบแต่ต้องทนค่ะแต่โดนสบประมาทไว้ค่ะ ว่าเหยียบขี้ไก่ไม่ฝ่อ ทำอะไรไม่เปน ถ้าไม่มีเงินพ่อแม่ก้อคงไม่มีปัญญาหาตังเอง ปกติหนูเรียนเช้าเลยเข้างานบ่ายค่ะ เลยไม่มีปัญหาอะไรกระทบเรื่องเรียน แต่จะมีบางวันเรียนบ่ายเลยเข้างานเช้า ทำงานเสร็จเปลี่ยนกระโปรงไปเรียน กลับหอ นอนค่ะ เหนื่อย ตื่นดึกๆ หาไรกิน อ่านหนังสือ วันหยุดก้อจะตีลังกานอน อ่านหนังสือ แต่งกลอน นอน กิน เปิดคอมทำบล๊อก นอน กิน นอน แรกๆก้อลำบากค่ะ ปรับตัวยากนิดๆ
ตอนนี้ก้อเริ่มชิน แต่งานหนักมาก ปวดขายืนบาร์น้ำนี่งานหนักสุดค่ะ เหมือนจะสบายยืนอยู่กับที่ไม่ต้องไปไหน แต่เวลาก้มๆเงยๆตักน้ำแข็งใส่แก้ว หยิบขวดน้ำ หยิบแก้ว หยิบเบียร์ จัดน้ำตามออร์เดอร์ เสร็จหันกลับไปล้างแก้ว ล้างขวดซอส แล้วออร์เดอร์มารัวๆเลยค่ะ ตอนนี้ก้อยังโดนรับน้องอยู่เลย เพราะมาใหม่ อยู่บาร์น้ำเค้าเอาออร์เดอร์มาให้ แล้วเค้าก้อบอกว่า เอาไปเสิร์ฟให้ด้วยนะ แล้วเดินไปเลย อ้าว ออร์เดอร์ค้างในมือเพียบเปนสิบบิล อ่ะ แต่ก้อต้องไปค่ะ คิดซะว่าทำแป๊บๆก้อเสร็จตัดรำคาญไป ดีกว่ามีปัญหาทีหลัง
งานเสริฟเหมือนจะหนัก แต่ไม่ค่ะ จานตะหากค่ะที่หนัก แหะๆ ต้องหัดถือจานเสต๊กให้ได้ทีละ 3 จาน แล้วกระบอกพริกไทยดำด้วย ต้องขออณุญาตินู่น นี่ ขออนุญาติวางเมนู ขอทวนรายการ ขอเสริฟ แต่ตอนทวนรายการอ่ะค่ะ ฮาหนูจำชื่ออาหารไม่ได้ ก้อแต่ละอันชื่อมันก้อยาววววว หนูก้อลักไก่ค่ะ หนุอนุญาติเสริฟ งึมงำๆๆๆๆ รัวๆๆๆ ให้เค้าฟังไม่ทัน แล้ววางปุ๊บ พริกไทยมั้ยคะ เปลี่ยนประเด็นทันทีค่ะ แหะๆ

แล้วก้อร่ายยาวเมนูในร้านตามไปเปนชุดๆๆ ทั้งที่ไม่มีใครหยุดฟัง ดีไม่ดีมีลูกค้ามาหยุดดู พอเราเรียกเค้าอึกอักๆ แล้วก้อไป อันน้นอ่ะค่ะทำให้ใจฝ่อ เพื่อนๆคนไหนถ้าหยุดดูแล้วบังเอิญมีพนักงานต้อนรับที่หน้าร้านเชียร์เข้าร้าน ยืนซักพักก่อนแล้วค่อยไปนะคะ เพราะพอเราพูดปั๊บคุณเดินหนีปุ๊บ เราจะใจฝ่อค่ะ เอ้ยย เราทำไรผิด พูดไรผิดอ่า ไล่ลูกค้าหรอ
งานที่น่ากลัวที่สุดสำหรับหนูเหรอคะ รับออร์เดอร์ค่ะ งานนี้ใครอยากทำก้อไปเลย หนูไม่อยากทำ และหนูจะไม่ทำถ้าไม่โดนสั่งอ่ะค่ะ เลี่ยงได้ก้อเลี่ยงลูกค้าหลายคนที่สั่งอาหารแล้วพออาหารมาบอกไม่ได้สั่ง ทั้งๆที่เราทวนรายการอาหารแล้ว คุณก้อพนักหน้า แต่พออาหารมาบอกไม่ใช่ ไม่ได้สั่งเนี่ย ทราบป่ะคะว่าคุณกำลังทำร้ายจิตใจพนักงานขนาดไหน ถ้าเราหาทางออกอาหารเมนูนั้นไม่ได้ คนจดออร์เดอร์ต้องรับผิดชอบค่ะ
แล้วร้านสเต๊ก ไม่ใช่อาหารตามสั่งจานละ 35 นะคะที่พวกเราจะควักตังส่วนตัวจ่ายอย่างไม่ยี่หระ แต่ว่าถ้าคิดจะทำอย่างนั้นกะเราจริงๆ ช่วยสั่งรายการซอร์ฟๆหน่อยได้มั้ยคะ สินค้าจัดรายการอ่ะค่ะ ช่วงโปร ก้อได้แต่ถ้าคุณสั่ง ทีโบนเงี๊ยะ ริบอายนิวซีแลนด์ พวกนำเข้าขอเถอะค่า จานนึง 5-6 ร้อย ทำงาน 3 วันนะคะ จะได้ค่าแรงจ่ายจานนั้นได้
เคยเจอลูกค้าสั่งแซลมอนสเต๊กแล้วไม่เอาบอกมันดำไปจะกินได้ไงเด๋วเปนมะเร็ง เฟรนไฟน์ก้อเย็น ให้เอาไปเปลียน อ่ะ :P แล้วจะให้กุทำไงค๊า วันนั้นวุ่นยกครัวนะคะ
